Evon Roquemore serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bright.

Evon is responsible for developing the strategy for Bright’s healthcare delivery system. Her executive responsibilities include The Bright Clinic, Brightside Clinic, EVERSO, Bright Technology Group and The Bright Foundation.

Under her leadership, Bright has developed proprietary electronic visit verification and compliance measuring software which provides real-time facial verification, compliance risk analysis, and productivity reporting for healthcare providers. Additionally, Bright launched its own workforce development program through strategic community partnerships, designed and implemented a statewide community-based mental health training curriculum, and developed and implemented, The Bright Model, a mental health treatment model, that boasts sustainable outcomes after 6 months and 30 days of treatment.

In addition to her executive level expertise, Evon is a thought leader on mental health policy, advocacy and financing. She uses her expertise to train and educate leaders on mental health integration in business.

She is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She studied Pre-law at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned her Bachelor of Arts. She earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Nelson Mandela School of Public Policy concentrating in Finance. Evon also earned her Lean and Green Belt in Six Sigma from Villanova University. She has two children, Emmie and Liam, budding pre-teens, that she affectionately refers to as honey buns 1 and 2.
