Kathy Summers-Darden has been a State of Louisiana employee for over 15 years. Kathy also has over 25 years of experience in the private sector focused on the self-funded insurance industry. As a commercial specialist in the Commercial Division for the Secretary of State’s office, Kathy has been tasked with learning various aspects and functions of the office from service of process to filing documents. Since becoming a supervisor in the telecommunications section of the Commercial Division, Kathy has been able to work with a remarkable team of employees who strive to consistently provide great customer service to all who contact the office!
