Raina Vallot

Social Impact Entrepreneur, Power Pump Girls, Inc.

Raina is a social impact entrepreneur with an affinity for storytelling and intentional gatherings. She moved from her hometown of Lafayette to Baton Rouge, LA to attend LSU and pursue a degree in Kinesiology. Upon graduating in 2015, she started her first in a series of start-up ventures with her business partner, Sherin Dawud. In 2017, she co-founded Power Pump Girls, Inc. (PPG), a social impact club that empowers women to connect and serve. In 2018, PPG launched the equity initiative, secured., to provide period resources and education to those in need while eliminating the stigma of menstruation. Raina is driven by values of collaboration and service to others. She appreciates unconventionality and loves surrounding herself with dreamers. When she’s not at work with PPG, you can find Raina spending quality time with friends and family or on a road trip. A few of Raina’s favorite things include poetry, spicy food, concerts and Sunday naps.
