Experienced technology executive currently engaging aspiring young entrepreneurs and finance students as a professor at the university level. Mike is a CPA and has served as Chief Financial Officer of four technology and telecommunications firms and has worked in both public and private environments. He helped lead several sale processes to private equity acquirors. Mike most recently served as CFO for 8 years for Bomgar Corporation prior to their sale to TA Associates. He also served as CFO and later as an independent board member of American HealthTech prior to their acquisition by Francisco Partners.
