Meredith’s journey began during her 20+ year career as a founder and partner in an accounting and tax practice. With a career and corporate presence that was “successful” on the surface yet lack-luster “under the hood of the car”, she began to recognize the need to focus more intently on her own growth as an individual and as a leader.

Armed with the reality that effective and influential leaders are not born with a comprehensive knowledge and skill set, they are developed through education and experiential coaching and learning, Meredith set out on what would be a 5-year journey to hone her skills in communication, people, and in organizational performance. As a result, she became a better leader and employer with significant growth. By confronting her leadership and communication weaknesses, she experienced transformational growth both personally and professionally.

Today, Meredith leverages her perseverance, humor, and bold conversations to empower others to believe in themselves. She currently facilitates 2 roundtables of 40 CEO/Owners ranging from .5 M to 250 million in revenue as well as two key employee/executive classes known as the Game Changers. In addition, Meredith offers one-to-one coaching sessions, leadership team coaching, facilitation, and retreats. The journey has been full of bumps, bruises, stumbles and falls and yet through courage and persistence Meredith continues to be forced in leadership development and cultural changes in the workplace.
