In my role as an HR executive, I have had the opportunity of working with a wide variety of departments and leaders on strategies including organizational design, recruitment, employment, selection, retention, and talent development. In that time, it has become clear to me that there is one key ingredient to success when it comes to HR- there is a perfect person for almost every role and a perfect role for most every person. It brings me great satisfaction when I am able to bring the key individuals into the organization to help them find the role that fulfills their passion and purpose, and to see the organization benefit from their skills, diversity and their background.
