Manager of Small Business Services, Baton Rouge Area Chamber
As the Manager of Small Business Services, Chris Spalatin is responsible for providing personalized assistance and connections to the existing ecosystem of services and programs to the small business community of the nine-parish Capital Region.
Prior to joining BRAC, Chris worked on startups in Hawaii and California with an emphasis on inventory management and workplace culture geared towards sustainable growth. Upon arrival in Louisiana, he turned his focus to community engagement and helped a startup company distribute meals to children on the National School Lunch program while schools were closed due to COVID-19.
A native of Washington, DC, Chris earned his BA in Economics from Boston College and is currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Data Analytics at LSU. He is a graduate of the Fullstack Academy’s Web Development program and an alumnus of the ADL’s Glass Leadership Institute fellowship program.
